Unless otherwise provided, the fact that one of the parties has not required the application of any of these GCU may in no case be considered as a waiver of the rights of that party under said clause.
The Site, these GCU and their interpretation are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, the concerned User must contact us as a priority in order to attempt to resolve amicably any dispute that may arise between the parties. In addition, pursuant to Article L612-1 of the Consumer Code, any dispute or litigation between a User known as a “consumer” and the Publisher of the Site may be subject to amicable settlement by mediation.
In the absence of an amicable solution, the dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent French courts of the registered office of the Publisher of the Site.
