Pierre de Bousquet

Chairman of the Ethics and Economic Sovereignty Committee

• As president of the Ethics and Economic Sovereignty Committee since 2024, he has been serving as a Senior Advisor to Groupe ADIT since 2023.
• Pierre was a former prefect of the regions of Mayenne (1999), Hauts-de-Seine (2007), Pas-de-Calais (2009), Seine-Maritime and the Haute-Normandie (2012), as well as Hérault and the Languedoc-Roussillon region (2013), where he has also held key positions in intelligence and counterterrorism. He served as Director of Territorial Surveillance from 2002 to 2007 and later as the National Coordinator for Intelligence and Counterterrorism from 2017 to 2020. He has held corporate leadership roles at various times, including with Groupe Elf Aquitaine, CIVIPOL-Conseil, and Tikehau.
• He has been a member of the cabinets of several ministers and two Presidents of the Republic: Chief of Staff to the Minister of Justice Albin Chalandon from 1986 to 1988, Technical Advisor to President Jacques Chirac from 1995 to 1997, Intelligence and Counterterrorism Advisor to President Emmanuel Macron from 2017 to 2020, and Chief of Staff to the Minister of the Interior Gérald Darmanin from 2020 to 2023.
• He is a graduate of Sciences Po Paris and the École nationale d’administration (ENA) and holds a law degree.

Jérôme Louvet

Groupe ADIT Deputy General Manager

• Along with Philippe Caduc, Jérôme Louvet develops and implements the growth strategy of the Groupe ADIT, and manages external growth operations and the structuring of the Groupe ADIT’s activities. He also covers a clientele of large groups, mid-cap companies and investment funds, particularly on strategic intelligence missions in the context of international acquisition and expansion projects. He also supervises the ADIT Group’s corporate functions.
• Before joining the Groupe ADIT in 2016, Jérôme Louvet worked for more than 15 years in the fields of mergers and acquisitions as well as investments. He began his career at Goldman Sachs in London, before joining the Private Equity sector, at Permira, and later joining Weinberg Capital Partners, where he became a partner. He has led numerous investment and external growth operations in various activity sectors.
• He graduated from the HEC Business School in Paris.

Philippe Caduc

Groupe ADIT CEO

• At the head of Groupe ADIT since 1994, he advises the general management of the largest French and European groups. He played a key role alongside the French State in the development of economic intelligence in France. He has largely contributed to the growth of Groupe ADIT activities in France and internationally for more than 30 years. He also worked directly on the gradual evolution of Groupe ADIT capital to enable it to develop and assert itself as the European leader in its field.
• As project manager at the General Secretariat of Defense and National Security, and the Interministerial Intelligence Committee from 1988 to 1992, he then evolved within the academic world as a senior researcher at the Center of strategic and technological relations (CREST / Ecole Polytechnique) and Senior Fellow at Saint Antony's College in Oxford.
• He graduated in law and political science in Paris (Université de Paris II-Assas) and Oxford (Saint Antony’s College).

Emmanuel Pitron

ADIT Managing Director

• As Managing Director of ADIT since January 2023, he is in charge of business intelligence and business ethics activities. In this role, he advises many executives and provides strategic and operational support to ADIT clients around the world. He leads the daily work of ADIT's consulting teams to meet the needs of businesses.
• As Senior Vice President, he created and developed a Business Unit in 2016 in charge of compliance and due diligence activities in order to protect and secure ADIT's clients against all business non-compliance risks. He was also sovereign solutions architect for managing these risks. In 2021, he was also tasked with a coordination mission to participate in the growth of the various businesses in the group.
• After spending seven years in the service of the State (Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Prefectural Corps, Ministry of the Interior and General Inspectorate of Finance), he joined the RATP Group where he successively held the positions of Chief of Staff to the CEO and then Secretary General of the Group. Before joining ADIT, he was Vice-President in charge of strategy and business development for the CMA-CGM shipping group.
• He gradudated from IEP Paris, and is a former student of the ENA national administrative school, as well as successful completion of the INSEAD executive program.

Jérôme Gougeon

Groupe ADIT Vice President

• Having joined the management team since its creation in 1994, he participated in the development of the ADIT Group in France and abroad.
• He is mainly known for creating and developing the “Intelligence d’Affaires” (Business Intelligence) branch, where he supervised and managed all operations for several decades while structuring ADIT's various offers (strategic and competitive analyses, M&A, litigation support, anti-counterfeiting, asset tracing, etc.), recruiting internal teams and developing international networks of Groupe ADIT. At the same time, he initiated and developed ADIT capabilities in terms of supporting economic players in the field of compliance and business ethics.
• His experience and mastery of the various risks and issues related to the development of companies in many countries lead him to regularly advise large industrial groups and mid-cap companies on Strategic Intelligence.
• A graduate in law (DESS from the University of Paris Assas) and in Political Science (DEA from the University of Paris Sorbonne), his studies and various academic works have led him to analyze the importance, role and management of strategic information in large international groups

Elise Chemin

Groupe ADIT CFO

• As ADIT Group CFO since September 2023, Elise is in charge of coordinating financial matters at group level (monitoring financial performance, consolidation, structuring, treasury, etc.) and works in close collaboration with all subsidiaries. She actively participates in M&A transaction and integration processes. She is a member of the Board of Directors of Europavia.
• Elise began her career in the field of private equity, first in the Leverage Finance team of Société Générale, then in the Weinberg Capital Partners fund, supporting several investments and carrying out acquisition and external growth operations.
• She then joined Groupe Casino, with HQ management functions (Corporate Finance, management control over international subsidiaries) then within the GreenYellow entity. Before joining the ADIT Group, Elise was financial director of the PET Europe Business Unit in the Curium Pharma group.
• She graduated from ESCP Business School.

Edouard Pipet

Groupe ADIT Coordination and Corporate Projects Director

• As corporate project and coordination director at Groupe ADIT since 2023, Edouard oversees the cross-functional activities notably by acting on strategic projects and outside growth operations. While he makes use of the various synergies without ADIT, he facilitates the integration of newly acquired structures while maintaining a coherent structure of the group. He is also responsible at the group level for the implementation of compliance and ESG criteria.
• Edouard joined Group ADIT in 2017 as a consultant in the “Entreprise & Diplomatie” subsidiary (today integrated within ESL-Rivington) to act on business diplomatic missions and setting the structure of the Group organization. He later took part in consulting assignments, including business ethical challenges and information security.
• He has a degree from HEC Business School Paris and Science Po Paris, and has a law degree from Paris-Saclay.

Simone Garnier

• Simone is General Secretary of ADIT, where she joined during its creation back in 1993.
• Today, she holds a key position within the organization, especially with administrative, financial and human resources management of the company, as well as in the implementation, logistics and monitoring of all the company's entities.
• She began her professional career in Chemicals, with General Management of the BASF France group. After nine years in this industrial group, she moved into the world of consulting, joining Agence régionale pour l’information scientifique et technologique d’Alsace.

Frédéric Monlouis-Félicité

• Frédéric has been leading Stratinfo since 2024.
• Previously, he was responsible for foresight and public affairs within VINCI, a concessions and construction company. He also headed a leading business think tank, where he published numerous analyses on public policies as well as economic and social issues. Before that, Frédéric held a position at GE Capital and led consulting operations for SAP - Business Objects across the EMEA.
• He began his professional career as an officer in specialized intelligence units. He began his professional career as an officer in specialized intelligence units.
• He is a graduate of the École Spéciale Militaire de Saint-Cyr, and holds an MBA from INSEAD Business School, and is a former auditor of the Institut des Hautes Études de la Défense Nationale (IHEDN) and the Institut National des Hautes Études de Sécurité et de Justice (INHESJ).

Nicolas Menguy

• As MD of Stratinfo, Nicolas joined the company in 2008 and has since advised directors with sensitive affairs and international risk strategy. In this role, he has helped many boards through crises or major challenges (international public markets, political tensions, economic or legal disputes), and regularly acts within sectors that are especially at risk since as raw material, oil and gas, pharmaceuticals, and defense.
• Nicolas started his career in industrial and technological foresight. In 2014, il co-founded VA Éditions, a publishing house specialized in political sciences, strategy, and international relations and strategy. He also co-founded “Revue Internationale d’Intelligence Économique” and directed “La Revue des Affaires”. Nicolas teaches crisis management at HEC Paris. For several years, he also taught business intelligence and decision analysis at a number of institutions in France and abroad

Alexandre Medvedowsky

• Alexandre Medvedowsky has been President of ESL-Rivington since 2001.
• Starting as a magistrate at the French Conseil d’État starting in 1986, he served in the office of Laurent Fabius, then serving as the President of the National Assembly, from 1990 to 1992. From 1998 to 2001, he was an associate professor at Aix-Marseille III University and taught at Sciences Po Paris until 2006. He also served as a councilor for the Bouches-du-Rhône department from 1998 to March 2015.
• In May 2014, he was elected President of SYNFIE, the French Economic Intelligence Syndicate, and has also been President of the Economic Intelligence Observatory since January 2020.
• He is a graduate of Sciences Po Paris, holds a DEA in Macroeconomics (Paris I), and is a former student of the École Nationale d’Administration (ENA).

Laurent Lotteau

• Vice President of ESL-Rivington since 2023, Laurent Lotteau founded the Rivington firm in 2011.
• He began his career as a financial analyst at Paribas Belgium (Brussels). In 2000, he joined Euro RSCG in Paris, first as a consultant and later as an account director, working with clients such as Groupe Lagardère, BNP Paribas, Crédit du Nord, Assystem, Accenture, Groupe Banque Populaire, and Crédit Agricole Indosuez. In 2003, he worked as a business development consultant for agencies within the Lowe Partners network (Dakar, Abidjan).
• Upon returning to France in 2004, he joined M&M Conseil as a senior consultant before becoming Associate Managing Director in 2005. In 2008, he became a Managing Partner at Groupe BLT (Boury-Lotteau-Tallon), the holding company of Boury & Associés and M&M Conseil. In 2010, he was appointed Director of Communications at Groupe D&O, a major player in multi-professional social protection governance

Bruno Delaye

• As Vice President of ESL-Rivington, Bruno Delaye oversees all business diplomacy missions, bringing his clients forty years of diplomatic experience. Before the merger with ESL & Network in 2021, he led Entreprise & Diplomatie (a 100% subsidiary of ADIT) since its creation in 2014.
• He began his diplomatic career as a chargé d’affaires in Egypt before serving as the French Ambassador to Togo, Mexico, Greece, Spain, and Brazil. Additionally, he held key positions as Africa Advisor to the French Presidency and as Director General for International Cooperation and Development at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
• A Minister Plenipotentiary of the highest rank at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, he is a graduate of Sciences Po Paris, holds a degree in Economics from Université Paris II, and is a former student of the École Nationale d’Administration (ENA).

Xavier Desmaison

Antidox President - ESL-Rivington Vice-President

• President of Antidox and Vice-President of ESL Rivington, he is Managing Director of the “Public Affairs and Strategic Communication” division and helps his clients develop their reputation and promote their positions in the public space as well as among decision-makers and global thought leaders.
• He previously managed several communications agencies serving several hundred managers, with a strong digital specialization. He is also the collection director and administrator of Editions Hermann. He is a member of the board of directors of various associations, specializing in the debate of ideas (Institut Choiseul), the commitment of companies to environmental actions and the fight against poverty (Agence du don en nature) and the development of a public spaces resilient to interference, manipulation and expressions of violence. He has taught at Sciences Po Paris since 2006 and is the author of several works on the subjects of communication and business strategy.

• Grégoire de Saint-Quentin has been President of GEOS since September 2024.
• As a graduate of the École Spéciale Militaire de Saint-Cyr (1981-1983), he pursued a full military career until his departure in September 2020.
• His military career was marked by a strong focus on special forces and joint operations. In the early years of his service, he was engaged in multiple operational missions, often in joint-command positions. He later commanded the 1st Marine Infantry Parachute Regiment (Special Forces) from 2004 to 2006. After attending the Institute for Advanced National Defense Studies (IHEDN) in 2009, he was promoted to general in 2011 and successively commanded: French Forces in Senegal (2011-2013), Operation Serval (January–August 2013), Special Operations Command (2013-2016), All Joint Military Operations (2016-2020) as Deputy Chief of Operations at the French Armed Forces General Staff (EMA).
• Appointed Military Advisor to the Government in June 2020, he was promoted to the rank of Army General. In late 2020, he joined Preligens, a company specializing in artificial intelligence solutions for intelligence and defense, where he leveraged his operational experience to support the development of future military command capabilities.

• As General Director of Défense Conseil international (DCI) since 2024, he is the benchmark operator of the Ministry of the Armed Forces for the transfer of its know-how to France's partner armies.
• After a standard route in the armies, General Didier Castres rose to deputy to the Chief of Staff of the French President from 2005 to 2009, before commanding the Center for Planning and Conduct of Operations (CPCO) of the General Staff for the State Armed Forces (EMA) until 2011, when he was appointed Deputy Chief of Staff “Operations” of the Chief of Staff of the EMA for 5 years.
• Among his various functions, he led the planning and conduct of all operations led by France between 2009 and 2016 including Afghanistan, Ivory Coast, Libya, Mali, Central Africa, Iraq, and Syria.

Jean-Séverin Deckers

• After leading the merger project between Groupe ADIT and DCI, he assumed the role of Deputy CEO of DCI in May 2024.
• An Armament Engineer, he began his career at the General Directorate for Armament (DGA) before joining the Ministry of Economy and Finance, first at the General Directorate of the Treasury and then at the French Government Shareholding Agency (APE), where he served as Head of the Aeronautics and Defense Office and later as Deputy Director of Equity Investments for the Industry portfolio of APE. He moved to the private sector in 2016 and joined Groupe ADIT in 2020.
• He is a graduate of École Polytechnique and ISAE-SUPAERO engineering schools.

Miguel Angel Tapia

Europavia Chairman of the Board of Directors

• He is currently Chairman of the Board of Directors at Europavia, where he has been CEO since 2001.
• In 1986 he joined INDRA where he was responsible for various national and international (European and NATO) defence programs. He was then appointed Director of Technological Planning, in charge of research and development. In 1991, he became Head of the Technology Department of the INDRA Group. From 1994 to 1999, he worked in the civil sectors of INDRA as Head of Strategic Development and Commercial Director. In 1999, he joined ISOLUX WAT as Director of the Control and Systems Division. He was an associate professor at the Instituto de Empresa for 10 years.
• He holds a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the Technical University of Madrid, an Executive MBA from IESE Business School, and a degree in Business Management from ICADE. He attended the XXVIII National Defense Course at CESEDEN in Spain. In addition, he is fluent in several languages: Spanish, English and French.

Rafael Garcia Tudela

• He is CEO of Europavia. With 30 years of national and international experience, he has developed his career in high-tech industrial environments, including the Ministry of Defense as one of his main clients.
• After serving as Division Director and Business Development, he became the company's Managing Director in 2008, maintaining a direct relationship with key clients in the public and private sector. In 2023, he was appointed CEO, with additional responsibilities as a member of the Board of Directors, overseeing the management of the company.
• He holds a degree in Industrial Technical Engineering from the Industrial Technical Engineering School of EUITI, a degree in Business Studies from the distance learning and research university UNED and an Executive MBA from Instituto de Empresa. Erin O'Toole

Managing Director ADIT North America

• Dirigeant de ADIT North America depuis sa création en 2023, Erin est un leader d'opinion au Canada sur les questions géopolitiques et de politique intérieure grâce à sa décennie de service en tant que membre du Parlement canadien et chef de l'opposition officielle.
• En tant qu’élu, il a notamment été secrétaire parlementaire au Commerce international ; Erin a par ailleurs été ministre des Anciens Combattants. Dans l'opposition, il a été porte-parole de l'opposition officielle en matière d'affaires étrangères avant de devenir chef du Parti conservateur du Canada et chef de l'opposition officielle de 2020 à 2022. En 2021, Erin s'est présenté comme candidat au poste de Premier ministre du Canada lors d'une élection générale tenue en pleine pandémie de COVID-19. Il a remporté le vote populaire et a défendu une série de politiques économiques et géopolitiques qui continuent d'alimenter le débat au Canada aujourd'hui. Avant sa carrière politique, il a été officier dans l'Aviation royale canadienne et a travaillé dans le secteur privé en tant qu'avocat d'entreprise et conseiller.
